We are happy to publish a special issue of Chetana containing the papers presented at the one-day State-level seminar on Social Sector Development in Goa and the proceedings therein. The seminar covered issues of Health, Quality Of Life, Law & Justice and Education.
We hope to submit the conclusions and recommendations of the seminar to the concerned departments in the Government of Goa for possible implementation wherever there is necessity.
